Kick off the holiday season on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the Eighth Annual Holiday Affair. The Festivities begin at 5:30 sharp, so come after work to mingle with friends, network with colleagues, and remember to bring non-perishable items to benefit a worthy cause, Second Harvest Food Bank of North Florida.
Don't miss out on this exciting evening that brings together Jacksonville's professional community to share insight, knowledge and experience while establishing new relationships. Our goal is to foster a sense of community and promote joint efforts that encourage the gift of giving.
Hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine will compliment the evening's festivities. Please bring non-perishable items to donate. Tickets are $15 online or $20 at the door (cash or check only).
We are excited to host this year's Holiday Affair at Daryl Bunn Studios in Jacksonville's historic Riverside district.
Located just minutes from Downtown Jacksonville, San Marco and Riverside, Daryl Bunn Studios is housed in a historic 1924 New Orleans-style building just off Riverside Avenue on Edison Street. The space is home to Daryl Bunn's working photography studio and the Jane Gray Gallery, a contemporary fine art gallery and consulting agency.
The venue offers plenty of space to mingle, beautiful artwork and lots of parking — a perfect location for a fantastic Holiday Affair.
Thanks to the help and support of our organizers, The Holiday Affair has become one of the finest holiday parties on the First Coast.
The Holiday Affair began in 2002 as both a networking opportunity for the Northeast Florida chapters of the design/build community and an opportunity to benefit a designated charity during the season of giving.
Now in its eighth year, The Holiday Affair has grown to include a variety of professional associations in the Jacksonville area and is committed to helping those in need.
